Vegano in Gross-Gerau

Went to pick up some food and were really surprised by the size of the burgers! Also really amazing sides, absolutely recommend their double-fried fries.

Very tasty food where everyone can find their dish. The portions are large, so you don't have to go home hungry.

Hello everyone, we are here almost every week and can say the following: Carmen and her helpers' food is prepared with a lot of love and skill. All dishes are absolutely delicious in terms of taste. The price-performance ratio is great. There are 3 rooms for dining, in each room the atmosphere is nice. In summer it is very nice to sit outside. The wait staff (especially Udo and Sabine) always give their best and even if you have to wait a moment longer ........ it's worth it. It is best to make a reservation by phone before visiting. Every guest is welcome at Vegano, including children (but here you should also be understood as parents if guests do not want to hear a toddler constantly screaming while eating) We look forward to the next visit and we are excited to see what Carmen will come up with as the highlight of the week. Best vegan shop far and wide - and not in any overpriced big city, but in the middle of the country. They cook with love here, the food is great and so is the service. Always a highlight ❤️

I thought about whether I should give a rating or not and, above all, slept on it for a night so as not to bring any emotions into the picture. The restaurant declares itself to be child-friendly, but unfortunately not all children are welcome. We reserved a seat in the restaurant, arrived on time and were taken to a separate room. The interior was dark, but not a problem at the moment because our 1 year old was sleeping. The menu was brought quickly, then unfortunately it took time. You had to remind yourself several times and after 30 minutes the order was taken. After a short time the drinks came and shortly afterwards the food. At that moment the child turned and began to cry. Immediately the door to our room was closed. We tried to calm the little one down, but she continued to step in and didn't give up. Our waitress entered the room after about a quarter of an hour with the statement: "We also have other guests here, that is not possible. Please make sure that the child is calm ..." Even annoyed and stressed by the crying child, such a statement was unacceptable and was argued with the counter question, what he proposes as a solution, that this child has been crying for over an hour and you should just go. A hint that this one hour specification is wrong, because you wait 30 minutes for an order to be taken and have to point out that you are there, led to being kicked out of the restaurant with the note and the request to never come back. Thank you for this evening and this experience. Humans failed completely and there was no instinct! Unfortunately, only the room can be rated. Too dark and uninviting. The menu was straightforward with simple dishes. The prices overall very cheap. Unfortunately the food could not be tried due to the situation, but it didn't look bad. In the future we will eat elsewhere for more money where we can be put up. 😢 Perhaps this facility will give you an insight, apologize and give you a chance to try the food. The contact details are available due to corona. Addendum: An answer was given and this evaluation was presented as a lie. It's a shame that "your service staff" reported this version to you. If I had known that it was not the owner, I would have asked for him. There was no insult, but the immediate indirect request to leave the restaurant with the child! The fact that one does not react in a friendly manner to this statement cannot be denied out of hand. Nice that you stand behind your employees ... even if the facts are reported differently to you. I would have been delighted to see you at our table. You might have reacted differently!

Absolutely the best vegan restaurant far and wide. Very high quality food, generous portions at a great price-performance level, plus very nice and attentive owners and wait staff. No mass processing! Each time, accept a 30-minute journey. An absolute must for every vegan, but also for vegetarians and meat eaters.

We went to this restaurant with great expectations and unfortunately we were disappointed. The staff was friendly and tried hard, but we had endless waiting times for drinks and food and our starter was forgotten. In terms of taste, it was okay, but not enough for us to visit again.

We were here for the first time today, incredibly delicious! I really wanted to try the starters, so good and the main course too, but thanks to the large portion too much: D We took half of it. Really really good, the service really nice and attentive, we'll be back in any case!

A wide range and very large portions. The starters and desserts are SOMETHING expensive but mostly in vegan restaurants. Inside it was unfortunately quite dark which made the restaurant uninviting. Eating outside (if there is space) is definitely nicer.

The Vegano is just delicious, I love this place. You can also taste the freshness of the ingredients and it is so versatile. The staff is super nice and you should definitely try a cheesecake.
